The report contains portal analysis in the following areas: usability, user experience, overall UX of the site, as well as user traffic paths and content analysis.
While testing the website, we checked navigation capabilities and conducted comparative analysis of the website with other public administration pages. As a result, effective solutions used in other websites, have been identified and now we recommend applying them in the website of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
